Sorry I have been MIA for a while. I have had quite a bit going on. The exciting thing, guess I can talk about it since they posted it, is that I was accepted to continue on in the quest for the new Spellbinders Design Team! I am so excited for the opportunity. I haven't been able to wipe the silly grin off my face since I got the email! There is some tough competition and I wish all the other finalists good luck!
Next is today's Wednesday challenge. Paper piecing. I haven't done much of this, but it was way fun! I went with pinks since I am getting a new Granddaughter in a couple months. She better not pop out a boy now! Giggle. I used Amy's awesome Wardrobe set to stamp my onsie. I had to make a girlie one. Ruffles, lace, and pink, what could be better? See the tiny heart on the bow? It is a wooden heart I found in my stash. I traced it onto the Basic Grey dp and then carefully cut it out making it a bit smaller than the tracing. I glued it on and sanded the edges. Easy peasy and oh so cute! Have a great day and enjoy the possibilities!
