My Time Made Easy ~ Game On

I had to make this girly! Ha, girls like video games too. ;) This was super simple to make thanks to the Game On cut file designed by Lauren. I cut the designer paper twice using my cricut. The second one (for the inside), I found worked best if I put the paper on the mat with the backside of the paper up. It fit together better when putting it together. The little girl that loves her games would love getting a sparkly card like this.
Be sure to check out the other teams cards too! They have some fantastic talent and their ideas rock! The links are in my side bar so be sure to go check them all out. Have a great Sunday!

stamps: Money Well Spent; My Time Made Easy
paper: pink pirouette, BasicGrey Lemonade; Pretty Petals

Witches Brew

I am so excited to finally get to show you this project. The stamp I am introducing today is Amy's Halloween Six; Hero, Dragon, Witch, Pumpkin, Princess (apple), and Kitty. I chose to play with the witch. I saw this cute little witch and immediately thought of Amy's teapot (My Time Made Easy) as a witches brew. I love the way this turned out and it was so fun to make. Wouldn't it be fun to put your favorite hot chocolate mix or spiced cider mix in this to give to your favorite little trick or treater? Make sure to head on over to the All That Scraps blog for a chance to win Amy's new stamps. You also will have the treat of seeing what some of the other girls did with them.

Wednesday Challenge ~ Monochrome

Today at the All That Scraps Challenge Blog I issued a challenge to make a monochrome project. I used my warm grays with my copics and used River Rock Cardstock. I love the feel of this card. It is so soft. I couldn't resist using my new favorite crinkled ribbon to finish it off. I made the ribbon roses to add the finishing touch as well as my bow easy bow. I hope you will hop on over and see what the other girls created and play along with us! I want to also send a shout out to my friend and fellow DT member from My Time Made Easy, Katie Cotton! She had some amazing tutorial video of this techniqe. I asked if I could use it and she even did another sample for me using a C.C. Designs stamp! What a girl! Thank you Katie! More samples of Katie's work here <------
