Amy's Friday sketch challenge

Here it is Friday again. Time is a flying! I used close to cocoa on the base of this one. I stamped it with my polka dot bg stamp in chocolate chip (have any of you noticed I use a lot of chocolate? Love it!) I did my strips a bit smaller than in the sketch and scalloped the bottom of them. The ribbon is the new twill from Stampin'Up! in what else? Chocolate! The next layer is old olive followed by dp. I roughed up the edges and sewed around the dp in the messy sewing method. My little lion is water colored with Stampin'Up! ink pads and then sponged around the edges in, you guessed it, chocolate. I cut out that and the chocolate layer with my nestabilities dies. I paper pierced the corners of the lion square and chocolate chip dotted the scallops. I used my signo white gel pen for highlights on the lion. The hodgepodge is styled silver. I hammered the brads to give them some texture. The corner punch from Stampin'Up! was used for my corners. The pumpkin layer is paper pierced and then dotted with my white signo gel pen. I think it turned out kinda cute. Enjoy and thanks for looking. You can find this challenge over at All that Scraps blog.
