Wednesday challenge

Christine decided to throw in an extra challenge! We were supposed to use snowflakes and no Christmas paper. Snowflakes are easy for me lately! I love them. Sweet Miss Daisy got me going and I can't stop! ;) I used kraft for the base, buckaroo blue and white. It is colored with copics and airbrushed. (imagine that!) Head on over to All That Scraps to see what the other girls did! Cute stuff, you won't want to miss!
Tomorrow starts the previews for the new sets that will be available on Monday night. Super cute Valentine stuff, winter and snowmen and even a Wedding set! I love all of it! Happy New Year everyone. I hope you have a safe and fun New Years Eve. We must be getting old cause staying up doesn't work so well anymore! Hee hee Have a great day and enjoy the possibilities!

Review Preview Friday

Sorry I have missing in action pretty much the whole month. I am back! The Christmas holidays were fabulous. We got to talk to my son in Brazil for several hours! He gave us happy news that he is going to be home on July 24th! I can't wait! We also got the news that my daughter is having a girl! Woo hoo! Two girls! Now on to the preview. I actually didn't have this set when it was released. This is the new Snow Bunnies set! The sentiment is from Amy's new set, Wardrobe Sentiments. I figured this would be perfect for a late Christmas card! (which all of mine are) The paper is basic gray wassail, cranberry crisp and true thyme. I love these snowflakes. I am glad I can still get away with using them for January! Have a great day and enjoy the possibilies. I am going to be doing some catch up challenges next week so come back! I hope you all had a very Merry and happy Christmas!

It's here!

The December release day is finally here! I am so excited about all the stamp sets that you can get this month. They are up so run and get them! I am showing you a final preview! This is the "stamp" I begged Christine to make. Hee hee. Because it was an afterthought and she decided to make it last minute, I just got the actual stamp set today! I ran to my stamp room and created this! Sorry, I need to calm down. Yes I am really that excited. I "love" this set! Cardstock is cranberry crisp, basic grey dp. I got so excited to finish this, I forgot to add the dew drops to the bottom two snowflakes. Haa haa. I will do that and update the pic tomorrow. Have a great night and don't forget to go order yours now! Oh, and fyi the snowman isn't frowning. The fiber I used got in front of his face and made him look that way. Haa haa

Are you ready for some cuteness?

My samples today are from Christine's new set Sugarplum Snowmen! This set rocks. There are tons of snowmen, snowflakes, Christopher playing with his snowman, and Olivia skating. I used riding hood red, kraft, basic grey and papertrey white for my papers on this. The glitter is Martha Stewart.

Christopher was done with Kraft and basic grey paper. Ribbon is from SU. Martha Stewart glitter (love this stuff)

Chocolate chip was used for my base on this one. The background is an old SU background stamp. I stamped it with versamark on papertrey white cs. Clear embossing powder was added and heated. I airbrushed it with brown copic marker and then wiped off the excess from the embossing. I colored the hearts pink and stamped chocolate chip craft snowflakes on it. Punches are Martha Stewart, an old SU one and then the ever hot Jumbo snowflake found at All That Scraps. The Brad is SU. Lot's of glitz and glam on this one. These stamps will be available tomorrow night at 10 pm EST at All That Scraps. Join us for the release party! It will start at 8 pm EST.

Another Stampin' Spot Studio

Here is another peek at Stampin' Spot Studio's Snowboarding Brandon. He is adorable. I used dp for his snowboard. This is a package of gum covered all cute. Perfect for a stocking stuffer.

Christine created this really cute Snowy Scenery Set for us this month. There are lot's of fun elements in this set as well as a few sentiments. She also created two cute winter houses. I used copics to color this and decided the house needed more texture so I used my blender pen to pull color and create bricks! The poinsettia flowers were created using Amy's Build a Holiday set. The paper is basic grey wassail, cranberry sauce. I used little seed pearls for the centers. You can win this set if you head on over to the blog and comment! Tomorrow I have a fabulous peek for you! You are not going to want to miss this one! Adorable! Have a great day and enjoy the possibilities!

Jen is releasing two adorable mini stamp sets on Monday. This is Winter Sadie. She is adorable! Also released will be Snowboarding Brandon. I am working on a project with him. You can see some samples here on the Blog.
I have to splain this one. Christine sent me the file with this as she was releasing it as a digi set. I made this card and begged her to make it into a stamp set. I win! Hee hee. She did do some revamping and changed the shape of the snowman a bit. Here at the blog you can see the real thing! Head on over for a chance to win a set of your own. Monday night is release night. The sets for this release are cuter than ever! Check back tomorrow for another sneak peek!

Hey my friends. I haven't forgotten you! I was on vacation and now I am insanely behind on my DT creations. Haa haa. We had a fabulous time. Lot's of sleeping in, sitting in the hot tub and just chilling. The pic I am sharing today was taken from my bedroom window on Sunday morning. I feel a little spoiled to get to wake up to this scene every morning for a week each year.

Starting on Thursday we are going to be giving you some sneak peeks of the new sets for the next release coming up on Monday. Amy released two new sets last night so head on over and check them out. They are adorable. I haven't had a chance to play with them yet, but I will!

So then I felt guilty passing it off twice!

I had to play some more. Ya, I am supposed to be getting ready for vacation. I felt guilty for passing off the same card twice and I hadn't used this glam girl yet. Don't you just love her designer pants? How cute is she all spruced up just to decorate her tree? I used paper piecing for the tree, tree skirt, her top, glasses and ornament. The tree was stamped on cs and then stamped with an old SU stamp to give it texture. I added bling to the tree. I am pretty sure she would want bling on her tree too! Haa haa. Colors are cranberry crisp, true thyme and kraft. Enjoy!

Wednesday DT challenge

K girls, this is kinda lame, but I am short on time this week. I combined the challenge. CS pretty in pink, MME dp, copics, big snowflake punch stickles, swarovsky crystals, SU button, ribbon Michaels, nesties, airbrush system. This angel came from Christine's digi stamp set. You get a bunch of angels in this. If you omit the halo, you can use them for fairies. How cute is that. Thanks Jennifer for the idea! Have a great day and enjoy the possibilities!

Introducing Cupcake Occasions! Diane created this one months ago and I have been waiting on pins and needles waiting for it to be released. The turkey is my favorite! I love Thanksgiving! There are never enough Thanksgiving stamps. ;) She has tons of options in this set, beach, princess, ladybug, spider and the list goes on and on. The dp is Frances Meyer Indio Plaid (from the stash). The base is kraft. Accent cs is really rust and true thyme. Star Dust stickles were used on the frosting. Some of the prima flowers were airbrushed. Sketch challenge and new release set!

Christine did it again! She gave us more of the monkey! This set is called Christmas around the world. There are a bunch of sentiments for different countries, the monkey, a bird on a limb with ornaments and separate ornaments. I love this monkey! The paper is MME and riding hood red. Monkey is colored with copics and airbrushed around him. The ornament on his tail is popped up. It will be fun to see what the other girls did cause this is the featured set today and we had the sketch challenge. I used fun flock on monkey's Santa hat. Go to the All That Scraps blog for information on the new set and to see what the other dt members did for the challenge. You can also have a chance to win this set! Stay tuned tomorrow for another new set. Have a great day and enjoy the possibilities!

Wednesday DT challenge~ Mini Pizza Box

The All That Scraps DT challenge this week is to make a mini pizza box! I love these boxes and they are so easy to throw together if you use your scor-pal! Decorating it took much longer! Giggle. The key point is that I had a blast and it was wonderful to spend my day creating! I used my new favorite color Riding Hood red along with My Mind's Eye Be Merry Christmas paper to create this delightful box. The stamps used were Amy's new Build a Holiday, Christmas Card Verses, and C.C. Designs, Sentiment Set (for the Thank you) and polka dot background. I wonder if Christine has noticed I use that polka dot background for everything? It is my favorite bg stamp! The lace borders were done with Martha Stewarts lace border punch. Buttons are SU. I put my white snowflakes through my xyron and then dumped dazzling diamonds glitter on them. I haven't decided yet who will get this gift set, but with the Holiday's coming up I am sure someone can use some cute 3x3 Thank you cards. Now click on the mini pizza box to find out how to make your own and then go post it at All That Scraps! Amy and Christine are always looking for someone to be a guest designer on the Design Team! It could be you. Have a great day and enjoy the possibilites. I could be scarce the rest of the week cause I am working on the new release stuff that starts previewing next week! If you are a fan of C.C. Designs, Cookie Crumbs and Stampin' Spot Studio, you won't be disappointed!
