I have been fighting with this one for a couple of days. I like it, but not sure it is my style. Someone might be inspired, so I am sharing it. If not, I am moving on! Ha! I started with my square Fabriano notecard. I stamped doodle this with basic brown and then watercolored the images with reinker. I used my white gel pen for the dots. My trusty old spritzer put some chocolate chip marker here and there in splatter fashion. I stamped the flower on so saffron and watercolored it, dotted with my white gel pen and highlighted with pearl ex. It is hard to see the pearl ex in the pics, but it is really sparkly. My slit punch created the scallop border of the Friends and Flowers simply scrappin designer paper. I used the dotted scalloped trim also in that kit. I also put a couple of flowers from the kit on to add interest. I sponged the edges of the card with cool caribbean. I think I am going to die when they take that color away from me. The ribbon is stitched cranberry crisp from Stampin'Up! What do you think? Likey or no?
